What is Personal Training?
Well let’s start with what Personal Training is not.
Personal Training is not about watching people do leg curls, it is not about wearing a tight uniform and having a stomach like a cheese grater. It is not about screaming TWO MORE! Nor is it about having enough energy to power-up a small country. It is not about saying awesome every third word or eating chicken every meal. It is not about exercising eight times a day, having big guns and an orange suntan in the winter. Personal Training is not something you do before you get a real job, or you do because you didn’t make it as a professional athlete. It is not a hobby or a way to get a free gym membership.
